Amount of storage allocated for Jira OnDemand 6.3

1. What is the amount of storage allocated for JIRA OnDemand 6.3?

2. Is the alloted storage per user or per level of users (i.e. 25 users, 50 users)?

3. If we are nearing the limit of storage what can we do? What are the options?

All information regarding OnDemand storage can be found here. There is no relation between the user tier and the maximum storage size of your instance. The current storage limit is set to 25GB, which is pretty hard to achieve. Ordinarily attachments are the major factor when it comes to storage. Unless you get contacted by Atlassian direclty related to your total storage, I would not worry too much about it.
