Allowing anybody to create a ticket

Justin V May 24, 2017

Hello,

I am using the JIRA Issue Collector scripts inside a SharePoint 2013 site where a user can click on a Jira HTML button and a Jira Issue Creation prompt appears. Please see the video here of what I am using: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VplPRpmeJys

The Issue Collector works flawlessly, exlcuding the bug in IE/Edge. A user can enter in data for the form and then the collector will make a JIRA card on that assigned board.

The problem I am facing is I want the Issue Collector to be able to submit a JIRA card without a name and email. I set the permission schema to have the group Everyone to be able to submit a ticket. Is there a way to either remove or make it so the name/email field are not needed?

Thanks.

Hi @Justin V ,

you need to enable anyone to access your jira instance first.
