Allow swim lanes to move between each other

Hello, I have a workflow that I added two new swim lanes to but for some reason I can not allow the old swinlanes the ability to move to the new swim lanes. Can you please assist me on how to make these two new swinlanes usable? Thanks

Can you clarify what you mean by "swimlanes"? By GreenHopper definition swimlanes are horizontal and go across your board. Do you mean mapping the statuses to columns, maybe?
