are disabled,I dont know it's reason, and How to do fix it?

Hi Marzi, have you recently removed the Insight Plugin? Check this, I had this problem :-( https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-10845

I started jira as adminstrator(run as adminstrator) and enabled service desk plugins in jira database.
