Alerting if Time spent in Waiting for Resolve more then 2 days


I have trying to alert scrum master and if possible assignee if time spent in Waiting for Resolv is more then 2 days.

I have installed Charting plugin. I could not write required (<,> type) query with "Time Spent" .

I have install Issue History Collector Plugin. On that plugin, plugin's custom field could not be used in Search queries.

What do you suggest me?

Create a filter for "status = waiting for resolv and updated < -2d". Subscribe to it, and it'll send you the list of matching issues via email.

You'll probably want to be a bit more clever than "updated < -2d", but it's a good starting point.

You can also use the same filter in gadgets and reports, and if you want to be really sneaky, use "jelly escalation" to fire updates and reminders.
