You can use the free Script Runner plugin, it has a hasSubtask() JQL.

However, as I'm new to Jira I only managed to install that plugin. But unfortunately I have no idea on how to use this in the Configuration of the Jira Agile Board => Quick Filter dialog.

In the JQL text field for the filter put "issue in hasSubtasks()"
