Agile Board Navigation Panel

On the cloud version of JIRA Agile, the attached navigation panel is on the left hand side of the board. This panel is not available on the hosted version that I have access to. The hosted version has a valid licence, and no pending updates on the Agile addon. Going through the settings I couldnt find a way to enable this. Am I missing something ?

What version of JIRA is your "hosted" installation?  Cloud is on 6.4 which introduces the new look in full.

Jira is 6.2 and Agile is 6.6.70..
