After upgrading Jira 7.1.9 to 7.5.1 getting URL broken error.

Shrimann Upadhyay December 14, 2017

After upgrading jira from version 7.1.9 to 7.5.1, I was getting URL broken error and login.jsp file not found error.

There is no upgrade error found in logs, upgrade was successful and after upgrade jira is running.

Modified files:
atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/classes/database-defaults/mysql.properties
bin/setenv.sh
conf/server.xml
Removed files:
(none)
Added files:
lib/mysql-connector-java-5.1.39-bin.jar

Above files are modified and added in upgrade process.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Please take note that all the changes on server.xml file will be reverted back to the default. The default config will be port 8080.

I was getting URL broken error and login.jsp file not found error.

Back to the error message that you have reported, can I know where exactly you are seeing the error? A screenshot for the following will be helpful.
