After updating JSD from version 1.2.7 to 2.0 I no longer see the "recent request" dropdown next to the "create" button. Please see attached screen shots.
Has anyone else ran into this? How did you fix it?

Unfortunately there is no fix for this. The 'Recent requests' functionality was removed from the new versions of JIRA Service Desk.
