After updating Atlassian Universal Plugin - no add-ons appearing in "manage add-ons"

I updated Atlassian Universal Plugin a few minutes ago.  It was the first in a list of maybe a dozen that needed to be updated.   After it installed, I no longer see any installed plug-ins when I go to "Manage Add-ons".  Don't see any add-ons anywhere.  Be it in "Find new add-ons", "Manage add-ons" or "Purchased add-ons".

Have every reason to believe the plug-ins are still working.  Ran some workflows that rely on them and the workflows function correctly.  So where are they in the interface?
