After reindexing Jira, duplicate issues are being created. Team has to spend lot of effort to analyse these issues and taking action on them.
Team is creating the issues manually, they are not using API's or automation for Jira creation.
we are using Jira server, version 8.22.2
How can we resolve this problem?
