After migrating JIRA to a new server, all links in the activity stream still point to old server

We migrated our instance of JIRA to a new server with a new IP address. After the migration all the links in the Activity Stream of the dashboards and projects still point to the old server IP address. Even new activities point to the old server address. How can I update this to point to the new server?

Hey Michael,

I believe this may happen because of the Base URL configuration in the General Configuration, whereby the current Base URL is pointing towards the old installation. Hence in order to rectify this behavior, you may kindly reconfigure the Base URL by going to Administration > General Configuration.
