After issue resolve the resolution field always shows "Done"

I created project with default jira workflow template(Project Management Workflow) and set resolution screen(Resolve issue screen) on transition "Done" but after issue status change when i select resolution to "Dublicate" or any other, issue Resolution field always shows "Done". what i'm doing wrong? or is there any way to set Resolution field value respectively what resolution i choose?

Hi Gio

It sounds as if the Transition has a Post function which is setting the Resolution to Done. So although you select Duplicate, after that the Post function may have a default of Done, which then gets set. You (or your Admin) should check the workflow and in particular the Post function

thanks warren for your reply. didn't mention that post function was set on transition. i removed it and resolution screen works fine now

I used "Clear Field Value" in Post Functions to fix this problem
