After installing zephyr when accessing it it doesnt recognise the url which is http://prod-play.zephyr4jiracloud.com/connect/

Thank you for showing interets in our product "Zephyr For JIRA Cloud".As from your description is not clear enough of the issue you are facing we request you to sign up to our Zephyr Support site "https://support.getzephyr.com/hc/en-us" and use the "Submit a case" option to raise a ticket with our support team.

Can you put more details in? What do you mean that the URL is not recognised? Where is it not recognised?
