After importing, why don't the sprint dates in Portfolio match what I have in JIRA?

I have imported my team's information multiple times, excluding certain things each time. But no matter what I do, the sprint dates are ALWAYS wrong. Each sprint has set dates in JIRA but those don't get brought into my plan. They are a few days removed and never evenly.

Hi @Jaclyn Fine,

If you are on a self-hosted environment (server), it could be interesting to know what's the largest difference between your JIRA date and Portfolio date. If it's always either the same or a day difference then I'd advise checking your database, server instance and JIRA user timezone configuration.

If you are on a Cloud offering you could check the plan timezone configuration to ensure it matches your expectation (see Configuring working hours and days) and if that doesn't work then contacting support would be the way to go.
