After adding a filter why does it say Software Simplified Workflow unavailable

I need a Software Simplified Workflow but every time I add a filter it says it's unavailable. How can I get it to be available?

Hi @Becky Chittick,

You can only use the simplified workflow if:

  • your board filter returns issues from a single project;
  • that project has a workflow scheme with only one workflow, shared across all issue types in the project;
  • the workflow does not use any post functions, validators and conditions provided by marketplace apps;
  • the workflow has at least 1 outgoing transition for each status;

The message you get must mean that at least one of the above criteria is not being met.
