I upgrated jira to 8.2.4. The first time I lock jira. It has 502 error. Anyone knows the reason?

I don't know what you mean by "I lock Jira".  A 502 error means the service is not responding, but we can't tell you more than that.  You will need to read the server logs - they will tell you why the service has stopped or is not responding.
