After Jira 5.2.11 upgraded to Jira 6.4.11 Jira Gadgets Headers not displaying filter names,

Please help me to sort it out this issue.

Hello Jayesh,

I see that you are running into a known bug here : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-44824.

 

You can use the jira-gadgets-plugin-6.4.9.jar file (available in a 6.4.9 version of the JIRA installation zip) to replace the 6.4.10/6.4.11 gadgets JAR file in $JIRA_INSTALL_DIR/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/atlassian-bundled-plugins/ folder as a workaround
