After I upgrade from JIRA 5.2 to Jira 6.4 it takes an hour to 'Stop-JIRA'

Hi,

Does anybody have an idea what causes this? Is there something I can do to make it stop within a minute (as usual)?

Enable more logging and see what is happening when you stop JIRA. Mostly it will be some plugin which you have installed which is taking time to shut down. Try to disable plugins and then shutdown jira.
