Having recently started with a company that uses Jira, I have been tasked with pringing it together after several people in the past have had a go and failed / left.
My first task is to link it to LDAP and to do this, I need Jira 'System' Administrators rights.
At present I have the following permissions...
Admins
Jira-admins
Site-admins
Plus a few other 'user' permissions.
I have ran a report to show all users and no one has Jira System Administrator permissions that I can see.
How can I proceed to JSA if I cant see who has that permission?
To my knowledge, on Atlassian Cloud products, the "System Administrator" permission is reserved for Atlassian and Atlassian Support. Based on this page in Atlassian's documentation, I don't believe LDAP is supported in any Atlassian Cloud product, unfortunately. That same page links to a third-party tool not supported by Atlassian to allow you to connect your LDAP to Atlassian Cloud applications.
