Admin questions - things seem to be missing

Hi, I'm new to JIRA but I am trying to learn. Going through the admin documentation, I'm trying to follow along but some things seem to be missing when I go to use them.

For example, in this documentation... https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Managing+Usersunder Assigning a user to a project role, there is no Project Roles link. There isn't even an Operations column.

Also, in this... https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Viewing+User+Sessions, user sessions does not appear to be an option.

My id is does have JIRA Administators global permission but not JIRA System Administrators global permission. That is not an option either. Am I missing something? The documentation is for v6.3 and since I just started my JIRA trial, I'm running 6.4. Could the documentation be behind and these functions have moved?

Thanks in advance.

Ed

Also, here is the full documentation for security options on JIRA On Demand, if you haven't checked yet.
