I just want to start off to say, we recently migrated to JIRA Cloud, and we had to import all our data from JIRA Server and it was time consuming to give all the rights to all the users and adding them. Now, today we made a backup of our JIRA Cloud for the 3rd time where the first 2 times when we tried to make a backup with all our current attachments it gave us an error. So we were advised to backup our current data from our JIRA Cloud and then add the attachments from our JIRA Server so that it can be displayed on JIRA Cloud, and when we just did that we got a big surprize, all the Users and User Rights were removed and we had to do it again, so what was the point then of the back up, and I used the backup data that we have from JIRA Cloud. Added all the admin rights but one admin can not be assigned to Project Lead, how can we fix this.
