Addomg custom eventlistener to the create button (create_link)

Hi!

My question is that i can create ownmade eventlistener on my own way? I already know about CREATE_ISSUE_ID and the others but i need a special one for the Create button at the top side.

I want to load values when i press that Create button. Is that even possible somehow?

If possible please guide me for this.
