Additional fields on Rapid Board (Plan and Work mode)

Our Product Management would like to have an additional field on the Rapid Board.

In Plan mode, you have the Story Points available, but no business value.

It would be easier to prioritze the PB for our PM with the business value.

Is it possible to customize the views?
