Adding transaction action to the currently workflow

Giselia Machado July 10, 2017

I would like to create a transaction in my workflow for tasks that will not be done or tasks that were canceled.

The problem is my Jira backlog has a lot of duplicate tasks or old legacy tasks that will not be executed anymore. So, I was thinking to create a transaction in my workflow that will allow me to evaluate those issues, and move from to do --> direct to "Deprecated".

Depending on where you want to put it you may need to create a new one from a copy rather than editing a draft one. I always put a couple exit points in logical places for won't fix, OBE, Deleted, or such. Just make sure you set the resolution or they will keep showing open
