Adding "Epic" as a column in JIRA Board

Simon Trudeau December 8, 2015

I created a Board in JIRA and the only thing I have in terms of columns is: "Name of the Issue" & "Estimate". I also need to see the Epic attributed to the issue.

What I have:

I'd guess you're board filters out the Epics.   The Epic needs to be shown on the board for the epic-link to display.

The Epics will appear as Jobin points out.  But you could also add epic-link if you want to duplicate it

Have you added the issues into an Epic? It is a default functionality and the Epics will appear on the view as soon as you add the issues into an Epic.
