Adding attachment filed in the customer portal(Transition screen)

I there any add-on which can display the attachment in the customer portal (transition screen),

We are using jira cloud

Hi @Pooja

If you want to add attachment field over your customer request screen in customer detail forms. You will need to configure your request forms for particular request types.
