Hello,
we have been working on an interface between our ERP-System and Jira Service Desk. For this we want to be able to create an issue in our system from an issue in jira service desk via button, which shall then activate a functionality outside of Jira itself. For this we want to have such a button in the agent-view-issue-screen. In the same choosing of functions as the transitions and stuff.
Now the question. I am sure this is not possible without coding, but how do I add a button to this bar? I have read about changing the jira-config.properties to change the amount of buttons shown in the bar, but not sure if I can add a completely new button this way.
If anyone could give me a hint for where to begin with my work I would appreciate it!
You can do this with web-fragments. See https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/web-fragments-4227124/
