You don't.  If you are adding things to a sprint, you're changing the scope.  JIRA Software recognises and reports on that.

Correct.  The very definition of "scope change" is "you add things you did not originally plan for into the sprint".

You either accept that you are changing the sprint or leave it for the next sprint!
