Adding 'Request Participants' using Automation?

Hi

I'm trying to automatically add Request Participants to Service Desk ticket on creation.

I use "edit issue action".

"Request participants"=SukhaninskiySO

labels=sd0

 

Labels work, Request participants dont. Why?

Hi Sergey,

 

try this:

"Request participants"="SukhaninskiySO' are you sure that you use proper user login?

What kind of field is it? (Request Participants)

or

Request participants="SukhaninskiySO'

Dont work. =(

For examle, work search: project = SABS AND issuetype = Purchase AND "Request participants" in (IvanovAM, SukhaninskiySO)

Request participants

Stores the users that are participants in Service Desk customer portal requests. This custom field is created programmatically and required by Service Desk.
