Adding Post-functions

I have added Post-functions to the workflow, but they are not working. can you suggest somthing for me

@Yellamla Akhil Reddy , please provide more information about exactly what you are doing what you have done as far as post functions and what exactly is occurring or not occurring. If you'd like add images of your post functions that you have added to your workflow.

I have added the following post functions to the trasition, But it's not working. what can i do in this case.
