Adding Folders


I would like to create folders for different types of issues that we are dealing with. How can I do this? Essentially, I would like one folder for bugs, maintenance, and system updates. Is there anyway to organize this? I am using JIRA.

Hey Kunal,

I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly, what do you mean by adding folder here?

As I understand, you would like to organize your issue types using those 'folders'. The only way that I can think of is to create a specific Filter for each issue type, so that once you open this filter, you can view all issues in that particular issue type.
