We have one JIRA software project and 3 JIRA service desk projects. Is it possible to show both the software and service desk projects on a single page like the help center portal?

Hello Michelle,
This is not possible because the Customer Portal is a specific feature from Service Desk, what you can do it's to change the project type from Software to Service Desk.
