I wonder if it's possible to add an existing field to the issues overview(say, Issues > Open issues) screen. You can do it using Admin > Add field, but it'll add a field only to selected issue.
There are fields, which have no assigned value to it:
So I assume it is possible for a field to be displayed without specific value.

most of the fields are only visible if they have a value. There are a few exceptions, but you can't control this behaviour.

So to clarify: I want to add an existing field, so it is always there by default, despite having specific value or not.
