I used automation from jira to add request participants on new tickets from SD (one by one), ¡Cool!,
but ¿its possible to add an organization (customer group) as request participant?

Currently, when we need to share a ticket with a group of customers, we can only use the field Organizations.
The Request participants is a user picker field, so we can’t add a group of customers or users to this field.
