Add Project button not showing up

Hi there,

I am one of the administrators of our JIRA studios. However, I do not have the add project button showing up. I am wondering why, as is main administrator (Chad Scarim, CSCARIM@Worldvision.org). Can you please help me understand why I cannot add projects to our JIRA ondemand?

Hi Samuel,

You'll need to check if the user that is trying to add a new project has access to all applications. Please check:
