Activity stream reports on code commits do not respect comitter mappings

Fisheye has been set up with appropriate committer mappings (SVN user handle -> Atlassian user handle).

The JIRA project has been linked with FishEye via the Application Links mechanism so that now all commits from the repository show up in the JIRA Activity Stream. This is all good, except that the user ids shown in the activity stream for commits does not respect the comitter mappings set up in FishEye; instead, the activity stream shows SVN user handles.
