We have reinstalled JIRA and the activity stream no longer shows BitBucket commits although some repositories are linked to our JIRA using the DVCS connector. What could be wrong? Or are only commits linked to certain JIRA issues visible in the activity stream? I thought that every commit from a linked repo should be visible there.

Hi Borek,
Not all commits will be shown in the Activity stream, only the commit's where you mentioned a Jira case in the commit message. If you don't mention a Jira case in the commit message then Jira will not display the commit in the activity stream.
