Activity stream doesn't work


Activity stream stopped working for user. Could you please help me what to do.

Could you clarify what you mean by "stopped working?" There are any number of reasons this could happen. What is the user seeing? What does the user expect to see?

Partcular user activity is not showing updates from past few months onwards.

Is this happening only for a single user? Can you try rebuilding the search indexes and see if it helps?

Have you read your logs? Any errors? Are you 100% sure you are looking at the same user (And not two accounts with similar names)?
