Hi
JIRA version is 5.0

After our upgrade to 5.0 we observed one of our project (which had an underscore in its project key) stopped displaying the activity stream.
On googling i found that it is a known issue and was fixed in 5.2
https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/STRM-2095
What i want to know is whether there is any workaround for this in the short term.
is there a possibility that we develop a module or query that log chronologically the last modifications in the project, with the granularity of 1 minute?

Isn't is easier to upgrade your Jira to version 5.2 (or even 6.1 for that matter) then trying to create a workaround?

Best Regards,

Peter

A workaround to this issue can be to create a project with acceptable project keys and move all issues from the faulty project to this new project and activity stream would start working again.

Another risky option is to update the project key by editing the xml backup however as atlassian suggsted it is a risky option
