Activity stream is slow and also saying that it has timed out, offering to extend the timeout retrieve data again.

Is it possible to restrict the available streams to just JIRA, because Structure and/or Confluence seem to lead to this issue.

Sure you can manually do this on a gadget, but complaints are coming from those who are relying on the activity stream on the project summary tab.

Thanks.

Stephen, I can confirm that Structure activity streams provider may slow down the system.

We're working on this right now. The fix will be available in version 2.0 very soon.

Meanwhile, I advise you to disable Structure activity streams provider by opening Plugin Manager, locating Structure module, opening a list of modules, scrolling down and disabling module "Structure (structure-provider)".

I apologize for the inconvenience.
Igor

Just to clarify, you can disable only the Structure's activity streams. There's no need to disable Structure, everything else should work fine.
