Active Sprints vs. Done Sprints

I'm teaching myself Jira -

I have created four Sprints, Sprint 1&2 are done, I'm unsure on Sprint 3 and currently working on a 4 Sprint. 

Q1 - is it possible in Jira that I able to view all 4 Sprints individually for reviewing purposes?

Q2 -  is there a way to view a 2 week-Sprint/ burndown chart where I could speed up the days to view the chart on a daily basis. In other words, where I could apply the dates in a two-week span and points in one day for viewing purposes.

- Q3, Hypothetical - I create 10 Sprints, some have been over committed and some not? Is it the Sprint Report that displays all the Sprints collated by Sprints?
