I'm trying to setup an Microsoft Active Directory user directory in Jira. It works fine for all the local domain users (say XXX). I need to add users from a different domain (YYY) . We have security groups in our domain (XXX) that contain the foreign domain (YYY) users. How do I get the YYY domain users that are part of this XXX\security group in to Jira ?

Hey Mageshkumar.

You can add multiple domains to JIRA but it yet does not support Forest with multiple domains.

So what I suggest you to do is to create two JIRA directorys pointing one to each domain and pushing it's users.

Thanks Diego. I also checked the issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CWD-2978. I will watch this issue to see if nay enhancements has been made.
