Hi

Could you please let us know how to Integrate Active Directory users with JIRA.

I have gone through the Steps provided, I don't find User Directories in User Management as suggested . Do we need to install any Plugin to get User Directories?

Connecting to an LDAP Directory in JIRA

  1. Choose > User Management
  2. Choose User Directories.

What about the rest of the steps?

3. Add an LDAP directory

4. Fill in connection details for it

5. Click test and then save

We are using Jira Service Desk (Cloud ).

Could you please provide best possible solution for the below

1) Is it feasible to integrate Active Directory users with Jira Service Desk. 2) Is it feasible to import users to Jira  via CSV data  or any other source

Ah.  You had not mentioned Cloud.

No.  Cloud does not support LDAP directories.

There is a beta programme for SAML integration, but the general answer remains "No LDAP on Cloud (for now)"
