Account is disabled

We have been using JIRA for about an year now. There have been some administration changes in our company recently and suddenly we cannot login to our account. Seems like our accounts have been disabled. How can we get our old accounts back?

Please raise a ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/ for the Cloud support team - they should be able to help you get sorted out.
