Account deletion process very difficult

Instance identifier: SEN-21004465 andSEN-21004620

I no longer need these accounts and unable to delete. The process listed to delete them is not straight forward. It is surprising just to delete no longer needed account is this stressful. I have cancelled subscription for more than a week and yet my credit details are still listed.
