Access only to one project

Hi Team,

I have a new user and I want to grand him access only to project A.

Meanwhile, I have another users who have access to project A, B and C. 

Can you please advise how to grand access to project A and keeping access of the other users also to the project A?

Hello,

Jira has project permission scheme for every project. Access to the project granted through it. For example if you want to let a user browse the project you have to give him "browse projects" permission. Access can be given by granting the necessary permission to the user or a group or a role to which the user belongs. It is recomended to grant access via roles.

You have to look at the permission scheme for the project to which you want to add the new user. Find "browse projects" permission there and have a look to which role it is granted. After it you can include the new user in the role for the project.
