Access control for project

Can a project be set to that ALL the Jira users have access without having to the list all names in the project Setup?

Hello @Roy 

Yes, that is possible, depending on the project type.

For a Company Managed Software or Business project, modify the permission scheme associated with the project to grant permissions to "Any logged in user".

For a Team Managed Software or Business project, set the Access level for the project to Open or Limited, depending on the permissions you want the users to have.

If you are working with a Service Management project it is a little more complicated depending on if you want the users to have Customer access or Agent access.
