About Timezone

If there is a lot of users from different countries,

how will the time be displayed.

For example. our server is in Los Angels. U.S, and an Los Angels user [LA] add an issue[a]

on 20140201 14:00.

What time will the user in London see?

The London Time? or the LA Time?

User can set their timezone in:

Profile >> Setting >> Timezone

If the user in London set their timezone as London time, it should shows London time instead of LA.
