About Sending notification emails

After I configure 'Outgoing Mail', I can successfully send a test email.

However, when I create an issue or edit it , I can not receive any notification email. I have manually click watch on this issue.

What do I forget to do?

This widget could not be displayed.

Check your profile - do you have the "send email on my own actions" flag set? If you do, then you won't get notified when you create or edit the issues, only when someone else does.

Just for confirmation did you configured Notification scheme for the project?
